Frequently Asked Questions

1. What services does Royal Collision offer in Riverside, CA?

Royal Collision provides auto body repair, collision repair, frame and structural repair, paint refinishing, and post-repair inspections. Our repair process also includes vehicle scanning and advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) calibration when required.

2. Does Royal Collision use OEM parts?

Yes. We use original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts and follow manufacturer repair procedures. This approach supports proper fit, function, and vehicle integrity after a collision.

3. Can Royal Collision help with my insurance claim?

Yes. We assist with insurance claims and communicate with your insurance provider throughout the repair process. As an independent shop that does not participate in Direct Repair Programs (DRPs), we focus on proper repairs and your vehicle’s needs.

4. Can you repair frame and structural damage?

Yes. Royal Collision performs frame and structural repairs using professional measuring and repair equipment. These systems help us evaluate collision damage and restore the vehicle’s structure according to manufacturer specifications.

5. Can you match my vehicle’s existing paint color?

Yes. We use Sherwin-Williams automotive refinishing systems and digital color-matching technology to match your vehicle’s existing finish and blend repaired areas with surrounding panels.

6. Do you scan and calibrate vehicle safety systems after repairs?

Yes. Our repair workflow includes pre-repair and post-repair scans, along with ADAS calibration when required. We use Autel scanning tools to help evaluate systems such as lane departure warnings and collision avoidance features.

7. What is a post-repair inspection?

A post-repair inspection evaluates concerns about a completed collision repair. Depending on the vehicle, we may review fit and finish, parts, incomplete work, structural accuracy, and questions about repair documentation, scans, or calibration. A limited inspection cannot guarantee that every hidden issue will be found.

8. Can you inspect a vehicle repaired at another body shop?

Yes. Our post-repair inspection service is available to drivers who want an independent review of repairs completed elsewhere. It can help identify concerns and determine whether further evaluation or repair attention is needed.

9. Does Royal Collision offer a repair warranty?

Yes. Royal Collision offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on repairs and paint for as long as you own the vehicle. Parts are covered according to the manufacturer’s warranty.
